Building a HD stand for 120gal tank

I built this stand to have no center supports so my sump and other equipment would slide in and out ez and nothing to fight with when getting in and out of the thing

Rip 1 1/8 plywood

Drill and bolt 2 1/2" Angle Steel w/ 5/16 bolts and lock nuts to bottom of top set back of sides for post widths

i counter sunk the bolt heads

Shape the posts to the steel and top insuring full contact with 4x4 posts

Same concept with the sides but countersinking lag bots and sucuring to the top

Building the bottom covered with laminate i had laying around (nice baby blue color)

Skip ahead to after the install of the bottom and coving the entire thing with black laminate

I had the doors build by ben at Kline Construction with HD hardware and installed them my self i will post post pictures of that when i get some
