TOTM (Tank Of The Month)

I know we don't have that many members buuut I think a tank of the month would be pretty cool. Maybe the winner's tank would be picture at the top of the page. Anyway, just an idea, but for it to work we all need to start posting more pics of our tanks!

you should just ask brandon if you can put your picture up there jacob. he may let you i would rather see that than the pile of polyps that are up there now. imo

and if you dont like someones tank...thats fine. you're entitled to your opinion. however, other people are entitled to theirs as well, so please dont go trying to make other people feel bad just because you dont like their tank.

and by the way...that "pile of polyps" looks more like a natural reef to me...
i mean, more so than a bunch of square cement frag plugs sitting on light diffuser grid.
but thats just me. and no, i havent seen an actual reef in real life...but im 87% sure its not held together
by squares of cement...the other 13% is sure there isnt light diffuser grid either(unless ppl threw their trash into the ocean)

Jacob, I think it is a great idea to do a tank of the month. I might have to post more picts of that and my other tanks to keep the top spot . The 8 gallon tank has went through many changes over the last 8 months, I have added some acanths, micromussa's, glaxia,, and some misc. acropora's. I changed to a closed loop with 300 gallons a hour flow and and its still running off 2-24 watt compacts. With no skimmer and water changes of 2 cups a day. I love that little tank.

in order to solve any bickering...i chose our first tank of the month.
i chose Becky's tank because in my opinion, it has shown the most improvement since its inception.
She has a plan, and a budget, and she is sticking to both.
